Lorraine Bewes - Director of Finance and Information
Lorraine Bewes was appointed Director of Finance and Information in May 2003 and she is responsible for the finance, information, coding, performance and procurement departments.

Prior to this she was Director of Performance at University College London Hospital NHS Trust where she successfully contributed to their 3 star performance achievement and prior to that she was Deputy Director of Finance at Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust for seven years, during which period the Trust achieved all its financial targets. She joined the NHS in 1991, as Deputy Finance Director of South West Thames Regional Health Authority, following a successful commercial accountancy career, where she worked at British Telecom, ITN and WH Smith. Her commercial management experience covers group financial reporting and management accounts.

Kelda Alleyne – Deputy Director of Finance
ACA qualified from PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kelda worked with the firm for 9 years mainly working with engineering, manufacturing and oil companies. This involved working in London, Warsaw and Moscow culminating in a senior management consultancy position advising on numerous high profile corporate systems implementations. She joined Shell in the internal audit area in 1997 which led to a Head of Finance position for the Exploration and Production business. She progressed rapidly within the company to other Head of Finance positions and latterly worked in their performance improvement consulting business focusing on transformation projects.

Kelda moved into the NHS, motivated by Chelsea & Westminster’s ambition, in June 2009 and leads the finance department.
