Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is based at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, 369 Fulham Road, London SW10 and serves the local population living in Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster as well as parts of Fulham, Putney, Wandsworth and Battersea. People from a much wider catchment area use their specialist services. The Trust also has sites next door to the hospital at St Stephen's Centre, which houses HIV/GUM outpatients and research labs, West London Sexual Health Clinic at Charing Cross Hospital and a relatively new sexual health centre at 56 Dean Street, Soho.

The main hospital, a modern purpose designed and built facility, opened in May 1993, and is part of the Imperial College School of Medicine and a teaching centre for Kings College School of Nursing and South Bank University.

They have five clinical Directorates:

• Surgery
• Women and Children's
• HIV/Sexual Health
• Anaesthetics and Imaging

Finance supports each of these clinical areas together with all specialist services including burns and plastics, hand management, craniofacial surgery, dermatology, endoscopy, medical oncology and palliative care, an assisted conception unit, obstetrics, neonatal care, paediatrics and orthopaedics.
